Box # 1 is about identifying your stakeholders, clarifying their roles, entrenching win win in your culture, identifying your value to one another, introducing a target model to guide actions and outcomes and then designing a stakeholder map to give you the momentum to move forward.

We start at the beginning to get you grounded as quickly as possible.  Our goal is to get you from start to finish in the most agile way - giving you tools, tactics and guidance to ensure that you understand clearly the strategy that you are putting in place as well as the value to both the stakeholders and the business.

The content has been designed using the same framework that is a byproduct of the 50+ years of engagement experience that we ourselves have been through.  It is the same framework our consulting team uses when working 1 on 1 with our customers, all underpinned by the Rebel Formula.
